Miho sets new standards for the inspection of glass bottles over the entire filling process. And now the sensitive side finish area is inspected up to the thread segment, including a “full thread inspection” for foreign bodies, cracks, bursts, contamination and similar faults. Or no more zones are hidden in the entire sidewall area, especially for bottles with glass embossing (for e.g., beaded decor) or bottles with ACL labels.
Even faults which are located on or within an ACL label can be found. Many more features offer an integrated solution that was previously not available in this way.
2. PET Bottle Inspection
Miho sets new standards for the inspection of returnable PET bottles for the entire filling process. Now, for example, the entire thread area, including the vent slots, are checked for damage and contamination. It is now possible for the first time to find stress cracks on the bottle-base, which can lead to leaks. Even markings that have been made with permanent markers, that are not completely removed in the bottle washer and when faded are very difficult to detect, can now be detected reliably. Many more features offer an integrated solution that has not been available in this way up until now.
3. Swing Top Bottles
Miho sets new standards for the inspection of swing top bottles for the entire filling process. The neck area, which was previously inaccessible during the inspection due to the bracket, can now be inspected for foreign objects and similar errors. Cracks can also be detected in the bottle in the sensitive area of the bottle-finish. Many more features offer an integrated solution that has not been available in this way up until now.
