The Ax60+ is a modular gas safety system capable of measuring CO2, O2 and/or CO gas.

You can build the system to your requirements in-order to meet your specific needs and legislative safety requirements.

The bespoke modular setup provides the flexibility to integrate up to four different sensors (per setup) for the simultaneous measurement of various gases, bespoke to your application.

1. CO2 Sensor: Monitoring for CO2 (carbon dioxide) contamination in a workspace is as vital as monitoring simple O2 levels and often for the same reasons. The Analox Ax60+ uses state-of-the-art Nondispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology to monitor for CO2. This process uses infrared light to determine the intensity and level of CO2 in a given workspace.
2. Safe-OX Sensor: The Ax60+ SAFE-OX provides protection against both oxygen depletion and oxygen enrichment hazards. Designed for environments where inert gases (such as nitrogen, argon, or helium) and oxygen are present, this versatile ambient oxygen monitor provides critical safety for your personnel and compliance with industry standards.
3. CO Sensor: The Analox Ax60+ CO uses an electrochemical sensor to monitor carbon monoxide (CO) levels effectively. This device is capable of measuring both ambient and online CO. The sensor can be used with Nitrogen (N2) background gasses or, with calibration, can be used with Helium (He) background gasses.

O2 Sensor: The O2 monitoring system incorporates a lead-free electrochemical sensor that provides protection from potential O2 depletion caused by foreign gas elements such as nitrogen or other inert gasses entering a workspace. The Ax60+ O2 sensor also helps monitor for oxygen enrichment that can occur in workplaces that use pure O2, such as medical laboratories. Enrichment happens when the content of the oxygen in the air of a building or room becomes greater than the normal 21 percent. When this occurs, there is a higher risk for fires as it can cause other objects to ignite quickly and rapidly.

6. Kiosk Sensor: The Ax60+ Kiosk is a standalone CO2 monitor and alarm specifically designed by Analox to alert personnel to a build up/leak of CO2 using a state-of-the-art infrared sensor. The alarm provides both audio and visual alerts in the case of increased levels of carbon dioxide (CO2). This is a standalone sensor and does not connect to the Ax60+ modular system. It has been designed for small areas that do not have the space for a larger system.
7. Ax-60+ Central Display: The Central Display Unit for the Ax60+ is required for all builds (except when using an Ax60+ Kiosk which is a standalone sensor).The unit has been specifically engineered for use in environments where accurate gas analysis is critical. The Ax60+ CDU clearly displays the information you need and helps to ensure the safety of personnel by continuously monitoring the levels of various gasses.The Ax60+ features an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy for operators to navigate and access critical information. The clear display provides real-time data on gas concentrations, allowing for quick and informed decision-making.This unit acts as a main panel for up to 4 sensors. The LCD (Liquid crystal display) screen is used to display the readings for each sensor as well as any fault codes that may appear when the sensor is in fault. Also within the central display unit you can attach a beacon, a DOM (Data Output Module) unit and up to 2 relays on one system.From the Central Display Unit, the user can access the technical menu, this is where you can customise your Ax60+ to your own needs, and also from these same menus you can calibrate your sensors to make it more user maintainable. The Ax60+ also comes with a universal power supply, making it adaptable to any situation.
8. Ax-60+ Alarm Units: The Ax60+ Alarm Units are integral components of a comprehensive gas detection system, working together with the Central Display and Sensor units to enhance safety in environments where accurate gas monitoring is crucial. These alarm units are specifically designed to provide immediate and unmistakable alerts in the event of abnormal gas concentrations, ensuring a swift response to potential hazards.The Ax60+ Alarm Units are equipped with both audible alarms and highly visible LED indicators. This dual-alert system ensures that operators are promptly notified of any deviations from acceptable gas levels, even in noisy or busy industrial settings.
9. Ax-60+ Data Output Module (DOM): The Data Output Module (DOM allows the Ax60+ to communicate real time monitoring to platforms such as building management systems (BMS), providing crucial opportunities for in depth trend analysis.
