DP & DM Series

The DP/DM Series belt-type color sorters use next-generation AI identification technology to intelligently sort complex materials by color, shape, and light reflectivity — removing defective, discolored, or foreign items with speed and precision.

The DP Series is a multi-purpose sorter built for seafood, condiments, Chinese medicinal materials, roasted nuts, dehydrated and frozen vegetables, scrap metal, plastics, refractory materials, wood, and bath salt. It features a high-brightness LED cold light source for stable, shadowless lighting, and an optional anti-crushing hopper to protect delicate materials. The full machine can be built in IP65/IP66 stainless steel for waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant operation.

The DM Series is purpose-built for ore, glass, slag, scrap metal, plastic, and refractory materials, using cylinder-type separation for fast, stable handling of large particles. A unique suction system removes dust and light debris for clearer lens identification and higher sorting accuracy. The double-layer sorting mode allows waste to be re-checked at a second level without needing to replace the hopper — and the intelligent operator interface makes setup and operation straightforward.

Both series are engineered for high-throughput industrial environments where consistent, accurate sorting directly protects product quality and yield.
