  JM Series – Multi-Purpose Vertical Color Sorter

The JM Series is a versatile, AI-powered vertical color sorter designed to deliver high-precision sorting across a wide range of agricultural, food, and industrial materials. Built on intelligent image recognition technology, the series ranges from compact mini sorters to high-capacity industrial models, making it suitable for operations of any scale — from small processors to large-volume production lines.

AI Intelligent Sorting Technology

• One-key intelligent sorting mode — the system can independently achieve a variety of color separation tasks, including double-entry sorting, with stable, long-lasting performance and pronounced sorting results.
• Advanced image processing — automatically captures and analyzes material images to identify characteristics in real time, delivering true “smart” sorting with minimal manual calibration.
• High-brightness LED cold light source — provides shadow-free, even lighting for a stable and durable detection environment, ensuring consistent accuracy over long production runs.
• High-definition sensor (Mini Sorter models) — a 5400-pixel full-color sensor with high-speed linear scanning captures fine detail, improving detection of small spots and subtle color variations.

All models run on AC220V/50Hz power with an optimized carryover ratio of ≥100:1. Parameters are based on standard japonica rice with impurity content within 2%; actual performance may vary by material and impurity level.
