Compact Infrared Temperature Sensors (F309 / F318 / F323)
The FIDELIS Series from Process Sensors (a KPM brand) combines digital signal processing with a robust stainless steel housing to deliver reliable, non-contact temperature measurement across a wide range of industrial processes. Its digital microcontroller ensures 100% reproducibility of measured values through continuous ambient temperature compensation, so the device can be quickly readjusted if deviations arise over years of use.
Available in three models — F309, F318, and F323 — the series covers temperature ranges from 50°C up to 1800°C, with shortwave spectral responses that minimize errors caused by changes in emissivity. A clearly visible green laser sighting light makes aiming easy even on red-hot surfaces. Each unit supports both switchable 0/4-20 mA and RS485 output, small spot sizes down to 1 mm, sub-1.5 ms response time, and can be daisy-chained with up to 32 pyrometers on one network.
FIDELIS pyrometers are rated IP65 and designed to operate in ambient temperatures of 7°C to 70°C, making them well suited to induction heating, steel and metals processing, semiconductor wafer manufacturing, kilns, cement and lime production, vacuum furnaces, welding/brazing, ceramics, additive manufacturing, composites, sintering, molten glass, and R&D applications.
The included SensorTools software provides full device configuration, live graphical/numerical temperature display, data recording, and comparison of up to 16 measurement files at once — plus CSV export and settings transfer between devices.
